your buyer's agent, we work closely with both you and the
builder to ensure that your interests are represented. We
will be your advocate, counselor, and liaison in communicating

* Selecting the best builder and neighborhood for your needs
* Choosing your lot and floorplan
* Advice on which upgrades add the most resale value to your
home
* Arranging home inspections if requested
* Monitoring the construction process from start to finish.
* Coordinating with builder and lender to help ensure on-time
closing.
And remember...there is NO extra cost to you for this service;
builders welcome real estate agent participation. The price
of your new home will not increase, and you can even get money
back at closing.
